Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

Please read this Waiver of Liability carefully. By booking a workshop, you agree to the terms outlined below. This waiver releases Some Good Things and its representatives from any liability resulting from your participation in the Workshop.

1. Assumption of Risk

  • I understand and acknowledge that participating in a crafting workshop carries inherent risks, including, but not limited to, risks associated with the use of crafting tools, materials, adhesives, and other equipment provided.

  • I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, damage, or loss that may arise from my participation in the workshop, including any potential allergic reactions to provided materials.

2. Release of Liability

  • In consideration of my participation in the workshop, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Some Good Things, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in the workshop, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  • I agree to hold Some Good Things harmless from any claim or loss, including medical expenses, arising from my participation in the workshop.

3. Medical Authorization

  • I certify that I am in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in this workshop.

4. Photo/Video Release (Optional)

  • I grant permission to Some Good Things to take photographs and videos of me during the workshop. I understand that these images may be used for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes without compensation to me.

5. Agreement to Follow Safety Guidelines

  • I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by workshop organizers, including proper handling of tools, materials, and any other equipment provided for the workshop.

6. Indemnification Clause

  • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Your Business Name], its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the workshop.

7. Acknowledgment of Understanding

  • I have read this Waiver of Liability and understand its terms. I agree that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, next of kin, and personal representatives.
